Hunter International

Elegant design for human and animal: Hunter International GmbH is a well-known company in pet accessory business. “We want to set the highest standards in pet accessories”, so the company philosophy. At the beginning of 2016 the family owned company with 160 employees moved to the new premises in Bielefeld. On a surface of approximately 24,000 square meters a modern three-storey administration building, a bright production hall, a showroom for business customers and a shop and outlet centre for end-users were built.

What kind of wishes had the customer towards interior architecture?

As a worldwide operating company for pet accessories Hunter did not only want to surprise visitors with an elegant interior, it was also important to create modern workstations for the employees in a cosy and open atmosphere. Flooded with light, bright colours and a generous office layout were the wishes Febrü had to carry out.

Why did they decide for this space planning?

The administration building communicates the overall concept “We live quality in all we do”.
The Febrü space planning team faced the task to create a working environment meeting modern standards, to fulfil the requirements of the brand and to create a feeling of well-being. Clear forms, elegant colours and a purist interior were the most important points for the interior design.

  • The quality standards of Hunter had to be reflected by the interior design.
  • The architecture of the building had to be in harmony with modern furniture layout.
  • Modern and ergonomic workstations had to be provided.

Reasons for selecting the furniture ranges?

Part of the selection were desks with Red Dot Award out of the Febrü Intero range with matching white pedestals and white cabinets from the Purline product line. Ergonomic office chairs Febrü One support a healthy posture. Combined with Febrü One cantilever conference chairs for active meetings. Stand tables from the Meeting range with adapted high chairs invite for a coffee break with colleagues to exchange ideas or for a moment of recreation to boost energy.

The evolution to go worldwide changed the CI of the company. Hunter is open to the world, modern and transparent, reflected by the office layout in the new premises.
